Which devices will Lume be compatible with?
The Lume app requires a smartphone or tablet running the latest version iOS or Android and equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE).
How secure is Lume?
All communication between Lume and your smartphone only occurs after you accept pairing based on the device PIN. All personally identifiable information is encrypted over a highly secure 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard, Bluetooth 4.0 connection.
What does MetaLogics do with my data?
Your data will be stored on your phone, and backed up on the cloud. You are the only person that has access to your data. You can choose to share that data with your doctor, your weight loss counselor, your family, or your friends. You are in control of your data, and how you use it is entirely up to you. MetaLogics will not share your personal data with anyone.
